Collective Jewish Healing
I create immersive and experiential collective healing practices through movement, music, ritual, play, and connection- creating a container for the trauma and unprocessed grief Jewish people are carrying, and ask how we might rebuild and reclaim our Jewish home from the inside out.
Since October 7, grief, rupture, polarization, and antisemitism have marked Jewish life. Some tragedies are too enormous to be held only in therapists’ offices or conversations with rabbis. These spaces matter, but collective grief needs collective containers. Without spaces to hold the enormity of what we carry, trauma can leave us stuck in survival.
How do we recover our capacity to grieve together? What Jewish (or other) practices of mourning, prayer, music, and ritual can guide us? When we expand our capacity to stay present with grief, fear, uncertainty, and complexity, we expand our capacity for greater joy, freedom, connection, and aliveness.
As a somatic trauma therapist, experiential facilitator, and Jewish prayer leader, I bring these worlds together. Through movement, music, prayer, ritual, breath, play, and connection, I create safe-enough conditions to encounter what we carry, grieve and be witnessed, and stay connected through complexity and difference. Rather than relying only on leaders to hold our grief, we practice holding it together.

Perhaps home is not simply a place we return to, but a place we co-create and arrive at together.
